DEFRAYING OF COSTS:

1. The manufacturing of goods is commenced upon the payment of the required deposit ( Once any deposit has been made by the buyer, SKYNET begins with parts laser cutting, bending, gear cutting, and electrical), and the remainder of the purchase price is payable upon completion of the manufacturing.  The Purchaser is informed by Skynet once the manufacturing of the goods has been completed and that the remaining amount is payable prior to the collection thereof.  In the premise, the following shall apply in respect of non-payment of the remainder of the purchase price and/or failure by the Purchaser to collect the goods from Skynet:

1.1         Should the Purchaser upon being informed that the manufacturing of the goods has been completed and the remainder of the purchase price is payable, fail to pay such purchase price within 1 (one) month from being so informed, Skynet shall have the right to sell the goods in order to defray its costs and mitigate its damages. 

1.1.1.    This Clause shall be subject to Skynet having sent no less than 2 (two) written notices during the aforementioned 1 (one) month period via email to the Purchaser that he/she/it/they are required to pay the remainder of the purchase price.  Skynet shall no less than 5 (five) days prior to the expiry of the 1 (one) month period send a final written notice to the Purchaser informing him of the fact that should the purchase price not be paid before the expiry of the 1 (one) month period, the goods will be sold to defray costs.

1.2         Should the Purchaser, after having paid the full purchase price, fail to collect the goods within 1 (one) month from being informed that same is ready for collection, alternatively having paid the purchase price, whichever event is to occur last, Skynet shall have the right to sell the goods in order to defray its costs and mitigate its damages.

1.2.1.    This Clause shall be subject to Skynet having sent no less than 2 (two) written notices during the aforementioned 1 (one) month period via email to the Purchaser that he/she/it/they are required to collect the goods before the expiry of such period.  Skynet shall no less than 5 (five) days prior to the expiry of the 1 (one) month period send a final written notice to the Purchaser informing him of the fact that should the goods not be collected before the expiry of the 1 (one) month period, the goods will be sold to defray costs.
